Programmed by Colby Child. Coached by the Brickyard Team.

Colby Child, owner of Brickyard Performance, leads the vision and programming behind the Youth Summer Performance Program.

As a former college athlete, competitive CrossFit athlete, gym owner, and experienced performance coach, Colby understands what young athletes need to develop the right way — proper movement, consistent training, speed, strength, confidence, and accountability.

While Colby oversees the program structure and training standards, the day-to-day coaching will be led by Brickyard’s qualified coaching team. These coaches work under Brickyard’s system and are trained to deliver the program with the same focus on safety, effort, technique, and results.

That means every athlete gets more than a workout. They get structured programming, experienced coaching, and a team that knows how to help young athletes improve.
